Welcome to AliHelp ("AliHelp", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AliHelp Chrome extension and the AliHelp website (collectively, the "Service").

By installing the AliHelp Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store, by visiting or using the alihelp.xyz website, or by clicking "I Agree" or similar confirmation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AliHelp provides a free Google Chrome browser extension that assists users in downloading product images and videos from publicly visible AliExpress product listing pages. The extension reads content that is already loaded and displayed in your browser — it does not access private, gated, or account-specific content.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features, premium tiers, or subscription offerings in the future, but the core image and video download functionality will remain free. We will notify users of any such changes through the Chrome Web Store listing and/or our website.

We also provide informational content through the alihelp.xyz website, including blog articles, product documentation, FAQs, and contact support. Use of the website is also subject to these Terms.

3. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, AliHelp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Chrome extension and access the website for your personal or business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You may use the Service to:

• Download product images and videos from AliExpress listing pages for the purposes of product research, dropshipping store setup, content creation, or personal reference.
• Use downloaded images and videos for your own e-commerce product listings, provided you comply with applicable copyright laws and the terms of the platforms on which you list products.
• Share the AliHelp extension with others by directing them to the official Chrome Web Store listing.
• Contact AliHelp support for assistance with the Service.

We encourage responsible use. While the tool makes it easy to download product assets, please be mindful that suppliers and manufacturers invest in creating product photography. Wherever possible, consider crediting sources and using assets only in contexts that are fair to the original creators.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• Violates applicable law — You may not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful under local, national, or international law, including copyright infringement, fraud, or data theft.
• Intentionally breaches AliExpress Terms of Service — While we cannot monitor individual usage, you agree not to deliberately deploy the extension as part of a scheme to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from AliExpress in a manner that knowingly violates AliExpress's stated terms of service or causes harm to the platform.
• Distributes malware or harmful code — You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or repurpose any part of the Service to create harmful software, scripts, or exploits.
• Impersonates AliHelp — You may not represent yourself or any other party as being affiliated with AliHelp, or create derivative works that falsely imply AliHelp endorsement.
• Redistributes the extension outside of official channels — You may not repackage, modify, or redistribute the AliHelp extension outside of the official Chrome Web Store listing without prior written permission from AliHelp.
• Facilitates automated or bulk downloading at scale — The extension is designed for human-operated, individual use. Automating the extension through scripts, bots, or other automated means to conduct high-volume bulk downloads is prohibited.

Violation of these prohibited use terms may result in AliHelp revoking your right to use the Service and, where applicable, reporting abuse to relevant platform operators or authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

AliHelp's Intellectual Property: The AliHelp Chrome extension, website design, logos, trademarks, source code, and written content are the intellectual property of AliHelp. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on AliHelp's proprietary materials without express written permission.

Downloaded Product Assets: Images and videos you download using the AliHelp extension are created by and remain the intellectual property of the original content creators — typically AliExpress suppliers, manufacturers, or their photographers and videographers. AliHelp does not own, claim, or transfer any rights to these downloaded assets.

By downloading product images and videos, you acknowledge that:

• Copyright in the downloaded assets belongs to the original creators, not to AliHelp.
• Your use of downloaded assets is your sole responsibility. AliHelp makes no warranty that downloaded assets are free for commercial use or redistribution.
• You are responsible for complying with any applicable copyright, trademark, or platform terms that govern use of downloaded content on your own stores, websites, or platforms.
• AliHelp is not liable for any copyright claims, DMCA notices, or legal actions arising from your use of downloaded content.

If you are a copyright owner and believe that content accessible through AliHelp infringes your rights, please note that AliHelp does not host any product images or videos — it only provides a tool to download content from AliExpress. Copyright concerns related to AliExpress-hosted content should be directed to AliExpress directly.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALIHELP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability — We do not warrant that the Service is fit for any particular purpose.
• Implied warranties of fitness — We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• Warranties of non-infringement — We do not warrant that the Service or its output is free from third-party intellectual property claims.
• Warranties of uninterrupted availability — The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, AliExpress website changes, Chrome updates, or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

AliExpress regularly updates its website structure. Because the extension depends on AliExpress's page layout to locate images and videos, changes to AliExpress's website may temporarily cause the extension to stop working correctly. We will make reasonable efforts to release compatibility updates, but we cannot guarantee specific timelines or that all edge cases will be covered.

Use of the Service is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from your use of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALIHELP, ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill;
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Damages resulting from your use of downloaded content in a manner that infringes third-party rights;
• Damages resulting from actions taken by AliExpress, Alibaba Group, or any other third party.

Even if AliHelp has been advised of the possibility of such damages, the above limitations shall apply. In jurisdictions where limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, AliHelp's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

In no event shall AliHelp's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since the Service is currently provided free of charge, AliHelp's maximum liability is zero dollars ($0.00) to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms & Contact

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also, at our discretion, provide additional notice for significant changes — such as a notice on the website or in the Chrome Web Store listing update notes.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should uninstall the extension and stop using the Service.

We also reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
